BRM ribs are not just ribs, but follow a special process to guarantee they are delicious every time. We start by selecting only the best raw ribs from sources we know and visit ourselves. Each rib is then checked by a trained butcher to ensure a quality product. They are then rubbed in a blend of spices and cooked until tender and succulent. Finally, the ribs are marinated in our secret recipe barbeque rib sauce.

TYPES OF PORK RIBS

1

Baby Back Pork Loin Ribs

Also known as Baby Back Ribs, BRM’s well-loved Pork Loin Ribs are the leanest, meatiest ribs with small bones that are usually slightly curved. Once prepared, cooked and marinated in our unique BRM recipe, tenderness and superior taste are guaranteed! Our famous ribs come in 3 convenient pack sizes, from 700g to 2kg.

2

St Louis Style Pork Belly Ribs

Our delicious St Louis Style Ribs are belly ribs on which we have trimmed off the excess soft bone on the ends to make them almost as lean as our famous Pork Loin Ribs. Some people prefer tucking into ribs with a bit more fat and only slightly less meat on the bone, so try this cut if you’re looking for something a little different…

3

Pork Belly Spare Ribs

Our tasty Pork Belly Spare Ribs are cut from the belly of the pig, which means these ribs have a bit more fat and soft bone on the side. Once prepared, cooked and marinated in our unique BRM recipe, you can look forward to super tender, juicy and slightly chewy meat! In fact, spare ribs are many people’s favourite because of the extra meaty flavour.

BEEF AND LAMB RIBS

While BRM are famous for our variety of succulent pork ribs, our beef back ribs and trimmed lamb ribs are just as legendary! So whether you're planning an intimate dinner for two, preparing a rib starter for yourself, or hosting a full-on rib night with friends, any of our precooked ribs will 'wow' without a doubt!
